"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I needed to swap for a different size and it was super quick. The staff were really nice about it too, so you don’t feel like it’s a drama at all.

"Shipping fee was surprisingly reasonable"
I ordered from Suboo and expected the shipping to be ridiculous, since some sites seem to wait until the last second to sneak in extra charges. But here it was actually fair and shown clearly at checkout. My order arrived without any issues too, so overall I had a good experience and would shop with them again.

I ordered a dress and, i was kind of bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth because shopping online can be so draining lately. But this one actually looked just like the photos, and the size info was accurate too. No surprises, no need to contact anyone or start a return, which was a relief. I’m happy with it

"The Box Arrived Like It Had Been Through a Battle"
When this showed up, the packaging was crushed, like it had barely survived the journey to my doorstep. The box itself felt really flimsy, so it didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Thankfully, it arrived, but the packaging definitely could’ve been a lot sturdier

"Nice look, but something feels off"
I really liked the style at first, but once I wore it for a little while, the fit just felt kind of weird and not that comfortable. For the price, I expected the fabric to be softer. It also made me wonder if I was paying extra for the look or brand more than the actual quality.

"Consistent fit every time"
I’ve ordered this more than once and the sizing has always been spot on. It fits the same every time, which I really appreciate. if that ever changed, I’d expect the company to make it right somehow.

From the photos, I was assuming the color would look about the same in person, and thankfully it pretty much does. It has the same overall vibe and looks really close to what was shown...

"Really happy with it"
Got a dress from Suboo. impressed. Fabric feels nice. Not cheap at all. Stitching looks good too. Fit the way I expected. Washed it once already, and it held up fine. That’s always the real test for me. A bit pricey, yeah. But the quality is there. I’d buy again.

"Refund was weirdly fast"
I had to send something back and I was kind of thinking it would be one of those takes-forever situations. But the refund got done quick, quicker than I had in my head anyway. Money came back sooner than expected and there wasn’t really any hassle or drama with it, so yeah, happy with how they dealt with it

"pretty Easy site to use"
I had a good time browsing suboo.com.au honestly. The site loaded really fast and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find sizes or product details, which i appreciated. Checkout was simple too, no weird extra steps or Confusing bits.

I’ll give Suboo credit, the prices felt fair for what you get. A few pieces definitely looked more expensive in person than I expected, especially compared with some other swim and resort brands I’ve been browsing.
That said, it’s still not exactly cheap, so I was paying close attention to whether it felt worth it. Thankfully I didn’t feel ripped off, and the quality matched the price, but I’d probably only buy again if I really loved the style...

"Faster than expected and worth it"
It showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Everything went smoothly with no real issues, so I’d say it was a good experience overall.

"Looks nice, but maybe not the most durable"
I really liked how it looked when it first arrived, and the style is nice. But after wearing it a few times, the fabric started to look a bit worn out, and one of the seams came loose. Maybe I just expected a little more for the price, but it doesn’t seem like it’ll hold up super well. It’s not awful or anything, just probably not the most durable piece.

"Cute, but the Coverage Didn’t Make Sense"
The bikini is cute in person, but the coverage was way smaller than I expected from the photos. Like, I knew it wasn’t going to be full coverage, but make it make sense because it looked a lot more wearable online. The fit itself was okay, but I just didn’t feel comfortable in it. Probably not something I’d buy again

"Showed up right when I needed it"
I was mostly just watching the delivery time, and it showed up right on schedule again. Didn’t really have to think about much else since the tracking was clear enough and there was no hassle.
